The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has decided to make structural changes in its set-up, by appointing bureaucrats instead of academicians in top positions. New Delhi President Pranab Mukherjee has launched two programmes, Swayam and Swayam Prabha, to take education to the remotest corners of the country with the help of technology.
