U.S. Education Secretary visits Georgia Tech

  U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos made a stop in Atlanta. Wednesday marked the beginning of her Re-Think School tour to talk about the importance of re-thinking education to improve outcomes for students. To kick the tour off, DeVos visited Georgia Tech to learn more about their student programs. AICTE Plans Tech-Tonic Shift; To Set Up Four Teacher Training Institutes To Upgrade Candidates’ Skills

All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) will be setting up four teacher training institutes to help candidates keep up with the latest developments in technical education, Financial Express has reported. Chairman of AICTE, Anil Dattatraya Sahasrabudhe, told the media about the plan on the sidelines of The National Conference on Indian Higher Education: Quality Assurance, Accreditation & Ranking.
